POSITION DESCRIPTIONS 

PRESIDENT

The President serves as the head of the club. They organize meetings and ensure that the board works cooperatively. The President represents the club as a whole and dedicates their time to the benefit of the club.

TREASURER

The Treasurer handles money and creates budgets. Reimbursements also go through the treasurer. They also work with the Fundraising Coordinator to plan fundraisers.

GRAPHICS COORDINATOR

The Graphics Coordinator designs the board gear, KASA gear, and other KASA merchandise. They update the social chairs with graphics needed to promote events. The Graphics Coordinator also assists in organizing KASA family merchandise.

CULTURAL 
AMBASSADOR

The Cultural Ambassadors are in charge of planning COOKING WITH KASA and other cultural events. They also incorporate Korean history and language lessons into the weekly general meetings.

VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice President aids the President in anything needed to help the club run smoothly. They also help ensure that the other board members are doing their parts, and will assist if necessary.

SOCIAL CHAIR

The Social Chairs organize club events and promote KASA family bonding. Socials will put on events throughout each quarter. They are also the main connection between board and general members.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Social Media Coordinator coordinates social media content with the Graphics Coordinator and Public Relations. They also assist the Historian in making recap videos. The Social Media Coordinator is also in charge of determining content themes.

SPORTS COORDINATOR

The Sports Coordinator coordinates with other clubs to plan friendly sports events such as dodgeball, basketball, or volleyball tournaments. They also organize IM events.

SECRETARY

The Secretary is in charge of preparing the general meeting presentations. They also keep record of what occurs during board meetings. The secretary also reserves KASA fishbowls and updates the event calendar.

HISTORIAN

The Historian attends social events to take pictures. They organize slide shows and upload photo albums to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The Historian also makes recap videos of each event.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Public Relations is in charge of social events between other clubs, as well as on-campus promotions and other school co-events. They are also responsible for updating the social media accounts and sending out weekly meeting reminders.

WEBMASTER

The Webmaster creates and updates the website with current events and information. They also coordinate with the Historian and Graphics Coordinator.
